Admission procedure — simple steps.

A straightforward, family-first process designed to make admission easy and transparent. 

Registration Schedule

Registrations for the next academic year usually start in December of the preceding year. The date is announced both on our website as well as our social media channels.

Admission Procedure Steps

A simplified procedure has been instituted comprising of the following steps.

Registration

The registration procedure can be completed both online and onsite.

The complete registration form accompanied with all the supporting documentation and registration fee will be required to process the admission.

Observation

The admissions office will email to communicate the date and time your child has to visit our school for an Observation (in the case of Rauza, Qaida, and Prep 6 applicants).

Admission Test

The admissions office will email to communicate the date and time of your child’s Admission Test (in case of class 6 till Class 8 applicants).

Interviews

The parental interview is an integral part of the admission process. It is mandatory that both parents and the child be present at the interview.

Admission Checklist for Outsider Students

P-VI to VIII

  • Admission Application Form
  • Hifz Completion Certificate (Original from the previous institution/last attended school)
  • Copy of the Child’s B-Form
  • Previous Year’s Hifz Annual Report Card
  • A minimum of 75% marks in the Hifz annual examination (original report card must be presented)
  • A minimum of 75% marks in the annual examination (original report card must be presented)
  • Copy of the Parent’s/Guardian’s National Identity Card (CNIC)
  • Completed Admission Form, duly signed by the parent/guardian
  • Two recent passport-size photographs with a white background
  • Rule & regulation Form, duly signed by the parent/guardian

Note

  • Applications will be received from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • Applications will also be received from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Admission forms are available only for Hifz, Nursery, and Grades 1 to 9.
  • Only complete applications will be accepted.

REQUIRED

Documents to submit with the registration form.

Please ensure all documents are complete and attached to avoid delays in processing your child’s application.

  • Birth Registration Certificate (BRC) issued by NADRA
  • Form-B or Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs of the child (Headscarves mandatory for girls aged 7 and above)
  • A copy of parents’ CNIC (front & back)
  • A copy of the guardian’s CNIC (if the information is provided on the registration form)
  • A copy of the latest school report
  • School Leaving Certificate from the last school attended (to be submitted before the start of session)
  • Registration fee receipt of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only)
